Avoid eating packaged foods that are high in sodium, sugar, and preservatives. For the best hair, you will need to clock in at least eight hours of sleep. When your body is well rested and properly nourished, your hair and scalp will become a lot healthier.
Avoid over styling – Over styling is one of the main causes of hair damage. Look at styling your hair once it is at least 80% dry and opt to turn your blow dryer on to a cool setting to finish your style.
